01. Marina Match AI
Meet Marina Match AI. Just ask.
Get a clearer view of your working day without searching through every booking and calendar. Marina Match’s built-in AI assistant helps you review the marina information available in your account and identify what needs attention.
Ask questions such as:
- “Who is arriving and departing today?”
- “Which berths are available this weekend?”
- “Which waitlist requests need a response?”
- “Which payments are outstanding?”
Review berth availability and occupancy, follow up enquiries and check departing bookings for access key deposits that may need attention. Where a deposit was collected, check that the key has been returned before arranging the applicable refund.
Less time looking for information. More time on the dock.
02. Live Interactive Map
See your marina on a live interactive map

Bring your marina layout, berth details and availability into one visual view. Marina Match’s interactive map helps your team understand what is happening across the marina and helps boaters locate suitable berths.
- Position individual berths and record their dimensions.
- Show berth prices and availability, with colours for available, occupied and blocked spaces.
- Update berth details, pricing and availability through your management tools.
- Use a full-screen map as a shared display in your marina office.
A clearer view of your berths, from the office to the waterfront.

03. Casual & Home Port
Manage casual bookings and long-term Home Port contracts

Keep short visits and long-term berthing arrangements together, with booking options suited to each type of stay.
Casual and short-term bookings
Let boaters search by destination, dates and vessel size, review your berth details and pay online. Suitable available berths can be booked instantly where instant booking is offered, while other enquiries can be handled through requests and tailored offers.
Set your available stay options, prices and minimum stay requirements. Keep upcoming arrivals, current stays and completed bookings organised in one place.
Long-term Home Port contracts
Home Port supports berthing agreements of at least 12 months, billed monthly. The boater submits an enquiry, and you send an offer setting out the berth, agreement term, price and payment conditions for them to review and accept.
One platform for an overnight visit or a long-term home for a vessel.

04. Booking Changes & Calendars
Keep booking changes and calendars under control

Plans change. Manage date adjustments, extensions and cancellations through the booking workflow, with applicable payment adjustments handled as part of the process.
- Review vessel details, stay dates and payment status.
- Update availability and block berths for maintenance or operational use.
- Adjust prices for selected dates or seasons.
- Apply bulk availability and pricing changes across selected berths and dates.
Keep your booking information connected to your calendars and live marina map as stays change.

05. Waitlists & Offers
Turn waitlist enquiries into booking offers

When a boater cannot find a suitable available berth, keep the conversation open. Marina Match lets them join your waitlist with their preferred dates, vessel dimensions and berthing requirements.
Review the request and send a tailored offer when you can accommodate the vessel. You can propose:
- A suitable alternative berth.
- Different arrival or departure dates.
- Adjusted pricing or a different stay duration.
- Booking conditions appropriate to the arrangement.
The boater can review the offer, accept its terms and complete the booking. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a berth, so you retain control over the options you offer.
Give enquiries another path to becoming bookings.

06. Payments
Payments built into the booking journey

Boaters book and pay online through Marina Match. Payments, booking records and applicable adjustments stay connected, helping your team spend less time chasing separate payments.
- Process booking payments securely through Stripe.
- Review pending, completed and refunded payment activity.
- Handle applicable charges or refunds through booking changes and extensions.
- Keep receipts and payment records linked to the relevant stay.
The berth payment is held until check-in and then paid to the Dock Master through the platform’s payout process. Marina Match retains its booking fee.

07. Additional Payments & Deposits
Request additional payments and manage refundable deposits

For charges beyond the berth price, send an additional payment request through Marina Match. Boaters can review the amount and purpose, then follow the link to pay.
Use payment requests for:
- Electricity and other marina services.
- Liveaboard charges.
- Refundable access key or fob deposits, where required.
- Other agreed stay-related charges.
Keep the request connected to the booking. When a refundable key deposit applies, check the key return and deposit conditions before processing the refund.

08. Dashboard & Reports
Your Dock Master dashboard, reports and occupancy

Start your day with a view of your bookings, enquiries, payments and marina activity. Your Dock Master dashboard brings the tools you need together so you can move from checking an arrival to updating a berth or responding to a boater.
- Review bookings, requests, waitlists and offers.
- Manage listings, berth prices, availability and calendars.
- Follow messages, payment activity and important alerts.
- Review booking, revenue and occupancy reports.
Use your records to understand busy periods, available capacity and booking patterns, and make informed decisions about your marina.

09. Yacht Clubs
Support yacht club memberships and visitor bookings
Choose how your club welcomes boaters. Marina Match supports members-only berthing and clubs that accept both members and visitors.
Set member and visitor berth rates where applicable, maintain membership requirements and offer membership through the platform where your club provides that option.
Boaters can review the applicable membership fee and booking conditions before proceeding, helping your club keep its membership benefits clear while managing berth bookings in the same platform.
10. Mobile & Both Modes
Stay connected from the office or the dock

Access Marina Match from your phone, tablet or computer to check bookings, respond to enquiries and stay connected with marina activity. Use the mobile app and website to keep the information you need close at hand.
If you are a boater as well as a Dock Master, switch between both modes in one account. Manage your own listings, then search for a berth for your vessel when it is time to get out on the water.
One account for managing berths and enjoying your own boating.

11. Global Reach
Connect your marina with boaters worldwide

Marina Match combines marina management software with a global berth marketplace. Your listings give local and travelling boaters a way to discover your marina, review berth information and explore booking options.
The boater-facing platform supports multiple languages and currencies, helping international visitors understand the booking journey. Your Dock Master management dashboard also supports multiple languages, with more being added.
Manage your marina locally. Make it discoverable globally.

12. Berths for Sale
Show buyers exactly where your berth is located

Advertise berths for sale in a marketplace built for the boating community. Link a sale listing to its position on the interactive marina map so buyers can understand the location within the marina.
- Present berth dimensions, asking price, tenure and relevant sale details.
- Add photographs and information about the marina and facilities.
- Help buyers search by location, size and price.
- Receive enquiries from interested buyers.
Berth sale listings are free until 31 December 2026. Sale enquiries are separate from rental bookings.

13. No Subscription
No monthly software subscription

Use Marina Match’s marina management tools and publish rental listings without a monthly subscription or upfront setup fee.
You set your berth price. Marina Match adds a 3.5% booking fee to the boater’s payment, shown before they confirm and pay. The booking fee is paid by the boater rather than deducted from the berth price you set.
There is no Marina Match booking fee for a vacant or unbooked berth.

15. Mobile Gate Access
Mobile gate access — Coming Soon

We are developing mobile gate access that would let authorised boaters use their phone to enter the marina during a confirmed stay.
The planned feature will connect access to booking dates, helping reduce physical key collection, fob returns and access administration.
This feature is under development and is not yet available.
