Digital marine infrastructure. Built for an AI-powered future.

Intelligent vessels need intelligent destinations.

Marina Match is a marine technology company connecting berth-level latitude and longitude, dimensions, availability and pricing through marina management software and an open booking marketplace.

Our ambition: a digital marine infrastructure ecosystem for AI-powered vessels, connected services and infrastructure decision-makers.

An operational platform today. An infrastructure-scale ambition.

The destination-data opportunity

AI may navigate the vessel. Who connects the destination?

An autonomous vessel needs more than a way to reach a harbour. It needs to know which berth can receive it, when it can arrive and under what conditions.

A camera may show an empty space. That image alone cannot reveal a reservation, an agreed price or permission to berth. Marina Match is designed to connect the physical place with its operating reality.

01 / Location

Where is the berth?

A geographic position linked to an identifiable place on the waterfront.

02 / Suitability

What can it accommodate?

Dimensions and vessel limits that help establish whether a berth is a suitable option.

03 / Access

When—and on what terms?

Availability, allocation, pricing and the operator’s booking conditions.

The next generation of vessels needs a next generation of destinations.

Current product foundation

Not just a pin. A connected identity for each berth.

Marina Match’s map links berth positions to real geographic coordinates and the information maintained around them.

Berth latitude & longitude

Operators position berths on the map; the platform records their latitude and longitude.

Dimensions & vessel limits

Berth size and the vessel requirements used to assess fit.

Availability

Open dates, occupied periods and operator-controlled blocks.

Pricing

The commercial terms attached to an available berth and stay.

Allocation

The connection between a berth, a vessel and its reservation.

Editable marina berth map

Draw, position and rotate berths and marina features; link each berth with its dimensions and vessel limits.

The infrastructure opportunity: develop these connected records into consistent, permissioned information services for other maritime systems.

Marina software comparison / An infrastructure perspective

More than marina management. A foundation for a marine ecosystem.

The important comparison is not simply who handles bookings. It is how physical berth data, operational workflows and marketplace activity connect—and what that combination can support.

Compare marina platforms by the capabilities that matter to an infrastructure investor.
Capability When comparing other platforms, ask… Marina Match
Berth latitude & longitude When comparing other platforms, ask…

Does the platform store the geographic location of each berth—or only the marina’s general location?

Current capability

Individual berth coordinates can be recorded. Latitude and longitude are populated when a berth is positioned on the map.

Connects the bookable space to its physical location.

Editable berth map & dimensions When comparing other platforms, ask…

Can operators draw and update the layout, then connect berth positions with size and vessel limits?

Current capability

Draw, position and rotate piers, jetties and individual berths. Maintain berth dimensions and vessel-size limits alongside the mapped layout.

Gives the operator a practical way to maintain spatial information.

Club membership management When comparing other platforms, ask…

Are membership records, member booking requirements and discounts connected with berthing?

Current capability

Manage club member information alongside boater details and bookings, including membership requirements and member discounts.

Connects physical capacity with the rules governing who can use it.

Free marina management software When comparing other platforms, ask…

Which features are included, and who pays subscription, setup or booking fees?

Current offering

Free marina management software for operators, with no monthly software subscription. Boaters pay a booking fee.

An adoption model designed to reduce subscription barriers to participation.

Open marina marketplace When comparing other platforms, ask…

Can boaters discover and compare listings across operators, rather than only book through one marina’s website?

Current capability

A public marketplace connects marinas, yacht clubs and private jetty owners with boaters comparing listed locations, facilities, prices and booking options.

Links operator-maintained supply with cross-marina discovery and demand.

Digital marine ecosystem When comparing other platforms, ask…

Is the platform designed to make berth information useful beyond its own management dashboard?

Infrastructure roadmap

An operational foundation designed for a wider marine data ecosystem. Permissioned external data services, port integrations and autonomous-system connections are development objectives.

Creates an expansion pathway from software to connected infrastructure services.

This is a framework for evaluating platforms, not a claim that every other provider lacks these capabilities. Features and commercial terms vary by provider and plan. “Free” refers to operator software access; boater booking fees apply. Marketplace listings remain subject to operator availability, booking and membership rules.

The investment distinction is the combination.

Geographic berth records + everyday operator use + marketplace participation create a practical foundation for a broader digital marine ecosystem.

Why the software matters

We built a way to maintain data. Not just collect it once.

The operational platform is the starting point for the infrastructure network.

Marinas and yacht clubs use Marina Match to manage bookings, vessel allocations, club membership and payments. Those everyday activities create a reason to keep berth information relevant.

With no monthly software subscription, operators can begin with selected available berths without replacing their existing system. The marketplace makes those listings discoverable. Wider system integrations are part of the ecosystem roadmap.

1 / Today

Operators use the platform

Practical value brings berth information into the system.

2 / Today

Daily activity maintains it

Changes in bookings, prices and allocations stay connected to the berth.

3 / Development direction

Partners build on the network

Authorised data exchange can make the same records useful beyond one platform.

The digital marine ecosystem

One maintained record. Many future applications.

Marina Match does not need to build every maritime application. Our ambition is to provide destination information that other authorised systems can build upon.

Navigation & voyage planning

Find suitable destinations and connect planning with current berth information.

02

Vessel & fleet systems

Support berth enquiries and arrival coordination through authorised data exchange.

03

Public infrastructure intelligence

Help agencies understand participating capacity, constraints and demand patterns.

04

Harbour & port operations

Extend the model through port-specific development and integration partners.

AI needs more than training data. It needs answers that are current.

A model trained last month cannot learn about a berth reserved this morning without an updated source. Our ambition is an ongoing information service—not a one-off dataset.

Potential ecosystem applications. External data services and integrations are development ambitions.

The expansion thesis

Marinas are the starting point. Not the limit of the ambition.

The same fundamental questions extend across the waterfront: where can a vessel berth, what can that location accommodate, and when is it available?

Our direction is to carry this organising principle from marinas into a broader maritime destination network.

Current foundation

Marinas & private berths

Geographic mapping, berth records and everyday operational use.

Partner-led expansion

Harbours & working waterfronts

Develop shared data structures and use cases with operators and infrastructure partners.

Longer-term ambition

Commercial ports & terminals

Extend berth data to larger vessels, specialist facilities and existing port systems.

Commercial-port applications require additional development and authoritative information, including depth and tidal constraints, mooring and terminal capabilities, and port permissions. This is an expansion pathway, not a claim of current commercial-port deployment.

The investment thesis

Invest in the network. Not just the software.

We are seeking venture capital and strategic investment to expand a marine technology business built around participating operators, maintained berth records and useful connections to external systems.

Distribution

Lower barriers to participation

Free operator software and selected-berth adoption are designed to help the network grow without requiring full system replacement.

Data value

More useful with relevant coverage

The investment hypothesis is that broader, better-maintained coverage makes the network more valuable to partners.

Commercial expansion

More than one route to value

Booking transactions today; potential permissioned data services, enterprise integrations and infrastructure intelligence as the network develops.

What would demonstrate progress?

Active managed berths. Data quality and freshness. Geographic coverage. Deployment economics. Repeat partner use.

Why this belongs on the agenda now

Infrastructure requires trust

Built to connect. Designed to earn trust.

A useful ecosystem needs more than accessible data. It needs information people and systems can evaluate.

Our infrastructure development priorities are clear: permissioned sharing, traceable records, interoperability and accuracy appropriate to the intended use.

Permissioned sharing

Define what may be shared, by whom and for which purposes.

Traceable information

Record data sources, verification status and update history.

Interoperability

Develop interfaces that work alongside maritime standards and partner systems.

Fit-for-purpose accuracy

Validate geographic and operational information against each application’s requirements.

Recorded berth coordinates are not, by themselves, surveyed or navigation-grade data. Marina Match’s infrastructure vision complements authoritative charts, onboard sensing, vessel-control systems and operator or port approval; it does not replace them.

The strategic invitation

For venture capital and infrastructure decision-makers.

Help establish the network others can build on. We welcome capital, infrastructure access and technology partnerships that can turn a product foundation into repeatable deployment.

Marine technology investment / Questions & answers

Investor and partner questions.

The company, the current platform and the infrastructure ambition.

What kind of marine technology company is Marina Match?

Marina Match develops marina management software and an open berth marketplace with geographically referenced berth records. Its marine IT platform connects locations, dimensions, pricing, availability and operational activity. The longer-term strategy is a digital marine infrastructure ecosystem supporting authorised information exchange with other maritime services.

How should investors compare Marina Match with other marina platforms?

Look beyond bookings alone. Compare berth-level coordinates, operator-editable maps with dimensions, club membership management, the operator pricing model, cross-marina marketplace access and the intended external uses of the data. Other providers may offer overlapping features; Marina Match’s investment thesis centres on how these capabilities work together.

Does Marina Match record each berth’s latitude, longitude and size?

Individual berth coordinates can be recorded and are populated when the berth is positioned on the map. Operators can maintain berth dimensions and vessel limits alongside the editable layout. Recorded coordinates are not automatically surveyed or navigation-grade; higher-assurance uses require additional validation.

Does Marina Match include club membership management?

Yes. Yacht clubs can manage member information alongside boater details and bookings, including membership requirements for booking and member discounts. This connects a berth’s availability with the club’s rules for using it.

Is Marina Match free marina management software?

Marina Match offers operators free marina management software with no monthly software subscription. Boaters pay a booking fee. This describes the current operator offering, not a promise that bookings, future enterprise services or infrastructure integrations are fee-free.

What does an open marina marketplace mean?

Boaters can discover and compare participating marina, yacht club and private jetty listings across operators. They can review published locations, facilities, prices and available booking options. Operators retain their booking and membership rules. An open marketplace does not mean private customer information or all berth data is openly licensed.

Why is Marina Match relevant to venture capital and infrastructure partners?

The opportunity is to develop a repeatable way to collect, maintain and connect berth information through practical operator use. Strategic backing could support adoption, data verification and external integrations. Commercial scale and defensibility must be demonstrated through active coverage, reliable updates, deployment economics and useful partner applications.

Are large-ship, port and autonomous-vessel integrations available today?

These are expansion and development objectives, not current navigation or port-system service commitments. The current foundation serves marina operations. Commercial ports and autonomous systems require additional engineering, authoritative data, standards work and partner validation. The proposed data network would complement charts, onboard sensing and port approval, not replace them.

Investment & infrastructure partnerships

The next generation of destinations starts here.

Help build the data network that future maritime systems can rely on.

We welcome conversations with venture capital firms, strategic investors, government infrastructure departments, port authorities and marine technology companies who see the value of connecting the physical waterfront to a digital ecosystem.
