Description
Ascot Waters Marina is a sheltered residential marina located on the Swan River, approximately 7 km east of Perth CBD and close to Perth Airport. The marina has 104 boat spaces across three floating jetties, with berth lengths of 8 m, 10 m and 12 m. Each boat space includes a finger jetty with access to fresh water and power, while electronic gate access provides controlled entry to the marina.
The marina offers a peaceful boating environment protected from boat wash, with on-site parking and trolleys available for leaseholders. A limited number of visitor berths are also available by prior arrangement. The surrounding Ascot Waters precinct provides parklands, walking and cycling areas and convenient access to nearby cafés and accommodation.
