Description
Ascot Waters Marina is a sheltered marina located in Ascot, Perth, Western Australia, on the Swan River, approximately 7 km east of Perth CBD and close to Perth Airport. The marina provides a peaceful and protected setting for recreational boating, with convenient access to the upper Swan River and Perth's waterfront.
The marina has 104 boat spaces across three floating jetties, with spaces measuring 8, 10 or 12 metres. Each boat space has a finger jetty with access to fresh water and power supply, while electronic gate access provides security for marina users.
On-site facilities include car parking and trolleys for lease holders, as well as a sullage/waste dumping facility. A small number of visitor berths are also available by prior arrangement.
The marina is surrounded by residential areas, parklands, walking and cycling trails, while nearby Ascot and the wider Perth area provide restaurants, cafés, shops, accommodation and entertainment. The marina is also close to Perth Airport and Crown Perth.
