Description
d'Albora Marinas The Spit is a premium waterfront marina located on Middle Harbour in Mosman, Sydney, New South Wales. It provides direct access to Sydney Harbour and the sheltered northern harbour waterways, making it a convenient base for recreational boating, cruising and larger yachts. The marina is part of the d'Albora network and offers 203 secure wet berths for vessels up to 50 metres, including dedicated superyacht berths, as well as 60 swing moorings in Quakers Hat and Pearl Bay.
The marina operates a full-service boatyard with a 50-tonne travel lift and hardstand facilities, supporting vessel lifting, repairs, servicing, washing and polishing. A range of marine service providers operate within the marina precinct, making it suitable for both routine maintenance and larger refit work.
For visiting vessels, The Spit provides 24-hour fuel, dock assistance, secure access and comprehensive CCTV/security patrols. Marina users have access to Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, showers, toilets, a waterfront guest lounge and parking. The marina precinct also includes waterfront dining at Ormeggio at The Spit and Chiosco by Ormeggio, along with boat-hire and yacht brokerage services.
