Description
The Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club (RPAYC) is a large yacht club and marina located in Newport, Sydney, New South Wales, on the shores of Pittwater in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The club operates a state-of-the-art floating marina and provides berthing, moorings, dry storage and a comprehensive range of marine services.
The marina has 342 berths and can accommodate vessels up to approximately 30 metres. Each marina berth provides shore power and fresh water, while the club also offers 18 permanent moorings for vessels up to approximately 22 metres. A complimentary tender service operates for club moorings.
RPAYC operates a professional boatyard with a 50-tonne travel lift, two hardstand areas and a range of onsite marine businesses. Services include boat maintenance, marine engineering, rigging, sail repair, boat storage, boat lifting and pump-out facilities.
Members and visiting boaters have access to parking, laundry facilities, toilets, showers and dining facilities. The club also has a waterfront restaurant and bistro, making it suitable for both long-term boat owners and visiting crews.
