The facility includes a state-of-the-art boatyard, floating piers with Ipe decking, advanced power pedestals, a new three-phase power grid, and office spaces for local maritime businesses, along with a variety of modern amenities.
Conveniently located along Spa Creek in the historic Eastport neighborhood of Annapolis, Maryland, SAYC is considered the most protected haven for yachts in the area. Situated upriver of the Spa Creek drawbridge, the marina offers a quiet, sheltered location, minimizing wakes, currents, and wind compared to the main harbor. Just a short walk or water taxi ride from downtown Annapolis, SAYC provides easy access to the city dock, Annapolis Harbor, and the Severn River.
