Description

Founded in 1889, Indian Harbor Yacht Club boasts a long and distinguished tradition of yacht racing and boating. Located in Captain Harbor on the western end of Long Island Sound in Greenwich, Connecticut, the Club offers members and guests an exceptional setting for year-round enjoyment. Whether you are a racer or cruiser, sailor or powerboater, blue-water adventurer or coastal explorer, Indian Harbor provides a welcoming, family-friendly environment to relax, socialize, compete, and build lasting friendships. Guest and transient moorings are available, and no membership is required to reserve a mooring. All moorings include use of the Club’s launch service. Due to limited dock space, visiting non-member yachts are typically accommodated on moorings rather than at the docks. Short-term dockage for pickup, drop-off, or special needs may be available by arrangement—please hail the Marine Staff on VHF Channel 68. Maximum draft at the docks is 6.5 feet at MLLW. Potable water and 30-amp, 50-amp, and 120V electrical connections are available. Dinghies may be secured on the inside of the East (Junior Sailing) docks.
