Description
The New Haven Yacht Club is a cooperative of sailors and sailing enthusiasts, dedicated to helping each other spend as much time on the water as possible. We enjoy daysailing, racing, cruising, and social events. Boats are kept on moorings or dry-sailed, as we do not have slips or offer boat rentals.
We have one 400 lb guest mooring available for sailboats, with a maximum capacity of 11,000 lbs and a maximum length of 35 feet. Guest stays are limited to three days. This season, the guest mooring is offered free on a first-come, first-served basis; guests must use their own dinghy for transport to and from the dock. Facilities include an outdoor shower, pavilion, and restrooms, open when our launch attendants are on duty.
