In addition, Brown’s is a full dealer for Yamaha and Evinrude outboard motors, with more than 50 years of experience selling outboards. Certified technicians service all Yamaha engines and continue to maintain Evinrude and Johnson engines as well. Whether repairing an older engine or upgrading to a new fuel-efficient outboard, customers can request a quote for their needs. The cancellation policy requires notice at least seven days prior to arrival for a refund, less a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made within seven days result in forfeiture of the deposit (the first night’s stay). If availability permits, reservations may be rescheduled within the same season as the original booking, though deposits remain non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations are not eligible for a refund unless due to a named storm.
