Flyer's Boatyard offers rental moorings in Provincetown Harbor for vessels ranging from 6 to 100 feet. Moorings are available for a few hours or for the full season. Each mooring is thoroughly inspected from top to bottom at the start of the season and again mid-season by Flyer’s experienced mooring and dive team, with pennants checked weekly to ensure safety and reliability. Flyer’s also features the largest rental fleet on Cape Cod, providing a variety of options to explore the calm, scenic harbor. Choose from powerboats—including 9.9hp skiffs and 60hp pontoon boats for larger groups—along with ocean kayaks, paddleboards, and Rhodes 19 day-sailers. Private sunset cruises and party cruises are available, and memorial services can be respectfully arranged with U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captains. The harbor offers outstanding fishing for striped bass, bluefish, fluke, flounder, and tautog, along with opportunities for sightseeing, lighthouse tours, swimming, picnicking, and relaxing on quiet beaches away from summer traffic and crowds. Boaters frequently spot harbor seals, dolphins, ocean sunfish, and occasionally even whales. Launch service operates daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm in July and August. Late launch service is offered on Friday and Saturday evenings from 9:00pm to 10:45pm from MacMillan Pier Float Space 8W. Late service runs based on demand and must be arranged directly with the launch driver.
