Long Point Marina is currently fully booked for the 2025 season, with one 40-foot slip available for long-term rental only at $300 per foot, excluding electric. Commercial vessels are charged $350 per foot. Electrical service rates are $45 per day for 30 amp, $55 per day for 50 amp, and $100 per day for 100 amp. Those interested are encouraged to submit a long-term inquiry.
Located in historic Provincetown Harbor, Long Point Marina offers seasonal slips from May through September for vessels ranging from 35 to 140 feet. The marina is just a short walk from the center of town, known for its unique shops, restaurants, theater, whale watching, art galleries, nightlife, and its celebration of diversity, arts, and culture. Public bathrooms are located nearby, though there are no on-site restrooms or shower facilities. Diesel fueling is available for berthed vessels via tanker truck, and the property provides 24/7 site supervision.
