MOORINGS
Moorings in Oak Bluffs Harbor are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
Town moorings are white with a blue stripe and labeled “TOWN.”
A row of all-blue moorings located at the back of the harbor is designated for vessels under 25 feet.
Up to four boats of similar size and type may raft together on a single mooring, and rafting is mandatory.
Each vessel must run its own line to the mooring ball to allow other boats to enter and exit freely.
Upon arrival, hail the harbormaster on channel 71 for guidance to the appropriate mooring area. The field is organized by vessel size, with smaller boats closest to the bulkhead and larger vessels nearer the harbor entrance.
