Welcome to the Atlantic Highlands Yacht Club! Since its establishment in 1953, AHYC has been dedicated to bringing together individuals who share a deep appreciation for the sea while promoting all aspects of boating, yacht racing, and on-water activities. The club also strives to provide a welcoming and safe harbor for visiting yachtsmen and yachtswomen. Situated within the protected Atlantic Highlands Municipal Harbor in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey, AHYC is known as a convenient and popular stop for boaters who are cruising or passing through, thanks to its proximity to Sandy Hook and New York Harbor. We offer secure moorings and launch service for transiting sailboats up to 50 feet in length, available from mid-May through early November. Our amenities include moorings, launch service, and a second-story clubhouse featuring stunning views of Sandy Hook Bay and the New York City skyline. Mooring guests are warmly invited to visit the club, connect with members, enjoy a meal and cocktail, and experience the camaraderie that defines AHYC. The bar is fully stocked, and the galley provides a diverse menu. Please note that shower and restroom facilities are managed by the Atlantic Highlands Municipal Harbor, not AHYC. Visitors should also be aware that, due to municipal harbor policy, we cannot accommodate power vessels of any size or sailboats exceeding 50 feet on our moorings.
