Seacoast Enterprises Associates is a family-owned business operating four marinas and the only seven transient moorings in East Hampton’s Three Mile Harbor. Each marina—Harbor Marina, Halsey’s Marina, Gardiner’s Marina, and Three Mile Harbor Marina—offers unique amenities and experiences. The nearby villages of East Hampton and Amagansett are just a short drive away, featuring renowned beaches and restaurants. All marina locations have trained staff ready to assist boaters, with access to electric and water hookups, as well as complimentary WiFi. Harbor Marina sits at the entrance of Three Mile Harbor. Its waterside restaurant, Bostwick’s On The Harbor, provides a beautiful sunset dining experience. The marina is full service, offering floating docks, dry rack storage, a fuel dock with ValvTect gasoline and diesel, and a ship’s store stocked with tackle, bait, gifts, and ice cream. Halsey’s Marina, located in the southern half of the harbor, features fixed docks, a quaint clubhouse with bathrooms, showers, and laundry, and a picnic area with grills. Surrounded on three sides by nature preserves, the marina offers a peaceful, private atmosphere reminiscent of a classic yacht club. Gardiner’s Marina, also in the southern half of the harbor, has a newly renovated basin for easier maneuvering. It offers bulkhead slips with floating finger piers, a modest clubhouse with bathrooms, showers, and laundry, a picnic area with grills, and convenient parking behind your boat. Its proximity to preserved wetlands provides uniquely scenic views of the local environment. Three Mile Harbor Marina is a full-service marina and boatyard at the southern end of the harbor. Offering in-season slips and year-round vessel storage, the marina provides certified service for Mercury, Volvo Penta, Yamaha, and more. Facilities include floating docks, a handicap-accessible clubhouse with bathrooms, showers, laundry, and grills. The on-site ship’s store carries boating essentials such as ice, snacks, bait, and engine parts. The seven transient moorings are 500lb mushroom anchors located in the main deepwater mooring field of Three Mile Harbor. Mooring guests receive complimentary access to the dinghy dock and clubhouse at Three Mile Harbor Marina. The protected harbor offers calm waters, a dedicated watersports area, and a vibrant boating community enjoying the Hamptons atmosphere. Please note there is no launch service, and the harbor is a no-discharge zone.
