Description
Whangaroa Marina is located in the sheltered waters of Whangaroa Harbour, on New Zealand’s Northland coast. The marina is a convenient base for visiting boats exploring the harbour, the Cavalli Islands and the region’s well-known game-fishing grounds. Berths are available for short-term and long-term rental, and the marina welcomes visitors from New Zealand and overseas.
The marina provides secure berthing, coded-gate access and 24-hour CCTV surveillance. Amenities include toilets, showers and laundry facilities, while a small shop across the road sells basic boating supplies and ice. Visiting vessels can use a designated area of the northern breakwater for a short stop, subject to the marina’s conditions. Fuel is not available at the marina; diesel can be obtained at nearby wharves.
