Description
Motueka Marina is located at Port Motueka in Tasman Bay, near the gateway to Abel Tasman National Park. The marina is operated by the Motueka Yacht and Cruising Club and provides berthing for recreational boats exploring Tasman Bay and the surrounding coastline.
The marina is part of Port Motueka, which has several club- and association-operated marinas, boat ramps and slipways. Short-term berthing may be available for visiting vessels, but availability is limited and a berth should be arranged with the Marina Supervisor in advance. The approach to the port crosses a shifting sandbar, so local navigational advice and tide conditions should be checked before entering.
