Description
Evans Bay Marina is located at the southern end of Evans Bay in Wellington Harbour, near Hataitai and Wellington Airport. The marina has around 141 berths on fixed piers and accommodates vessels approximately 6–20 metres long. A limited number of visitor berths are available by prior arrangement.
The marina provides boat storage and essential facilities for berth holders, including power, fresh water, toilets, showers, laundry and sewage pump-out. A public boat ramp and parking for vehicles and boat trailers are nearby. The adjacent Evans Bay Yacht & Motor Boat Club operates separate boat-lifting and hardstand facilities; these should not be listed as marina facilities.
