Description
Lake Taupo Marina is a public marina located at Taupō Boat Harbour on the Waikato River, upstream of the control gates bridge. The marina is administered by the Lake Taupō Harbourmaster and provides permanent and short-term berthing for vessels using Lake Taupō. The facility is conveniently located near Taupō town centre, with Redoubt Street providing access to the waterfront.
The marina provides a range of boating services and facilities, including fixed berths, temporary berthing, fresh water, sewage pump-out, refuelling, hardstand and launching services. Toilets, security patrols and video surveillance are also available. The Harbourmaster's Office is located at 75 Redoubt Street and manages boating facilities and permits across Lake Taupō.
