Whangārei Marinas operates two marina facilities in Whangārei, Town Basin and Okara, providing a range of berthing options for local boat owners, visiting vessels and cruising yachts. Town Basin Marina is located in the heart of Whangārei and offers sheltered river berthing for vessels up to approximately 30 metres, while Okara Marina provides newer berths for vessels up to 35 metres.
Both locations provide convenient access to Whangārei's marine services, restaurants, cafés, shops and other local amenities. Berths can be rented on nightly, monthly or annual terms, with liveaboard options available subject to marina approval. The marinas provide power and fresh water, while Town Basin also offers visitor berthing, laundry facilities and easy access to the Town Basin waterfront.
