Welcome to Goat Island, a peaceful island retreat located in the heart of Newport Harbor. Steeped in history, Goat Island has served as the site of a military fort during the American Revolution, a torpedo manufacturing facility for the U.S. Navy, and more recently as the host of the Tall Ships Festival and world-class sailing regattas.
Goat Island Marina offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere in the “City by the Sea,” just minutes from downtown Newport. Guests can enjoy stunning harbor views from their slip or take a quick water taxi into town to explore Newport’s renowned shopping, dining, and vibrant nightlife.
Located on the west side of Newport Harbor, Goat Island Marina is a deep-water facility featuring both fixed and floating slips that can accommodate vessels of nearly any size. The fuel dock is conveniently accessible and staffed by our friendly dock team.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled eight or more days prior to arrival will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within seven days of arrival will forfeit 50% of the total stay.
