59th Street Harbor is located within Jackson Park, just a short walk from the Museum of Science and Industry and 63rd Street Beach. With slips for 125 boats ranging from 25 to 35 feet in length, the harbor’s intimate size and welcoming community create a charming mooring destination along Lake Michigan. Set within the historic lagoons developed for the 1893 Columbian Exposition, the harbor is home to Museum Shores Yacht Club. Transient dockage is available; please contact the harbor directly for reservations after May 15. Complimentary waste pump-out service is provided. The harbor monitors VHF Channels 9 and 16, with Channel 68 as the working channel.
