Townsville Yacht Club & Marina is a well-established marina located in South Townsville, Queensland, on Ross Creek with protected access to Cleveland Bay and the wider Great Barrier Reef region. The marina has 165 berths, including regatta berths, and can accommodate vessels up to 20 metres. Short- and long-term berthing are available.
The marina is conveniently located within walking distance of Palmer Street restaurants, the Townsville city centre, museums, pubs and other services. The yacht club itself provides a waterfront restaurant, bar and deck overlooking the marina, making it convenient for visiting crews.
Security is a major feature, with CCTV monitoring and swipe-key access to the marina. Facilities include unisex ensuite bathrooms and laundry facilities, while some berths have three-phase power and 240V electricity is available. Liveaboard arrangements are also available by application and management approval.
